Aluminum SPL2- Plastic Locker

Aluminum SPL2, American Plastic Locker is designed and formed from custom engineered ABS and PVC polymer resin and aluminum to create a Corrosive Resistant locker.  The Aluminum SPL2® security lockers are designed with ribbed and slightly angled shelves to help keep contents dry.  The coin retrieval drawer holds up to 1200 coins.  Perfect for theme, water and amusement parks where a need for short-term secure storage exists.

Aluminum SPL2 Materials:

• Locker Side and Backs: Extruded .090" thick, high-strength, impact resistant, homogenous ABS and PVC polymer resin plastic with color embedded throughout the plastic, corrugated profile with integral tabs and T-slots for locking together with locker frames
• Tops: Formed .060" thick, powder painted aluminum
• Shelves: Molded .125" thick, chemical resistant, impact resistant, homogenous Polypropylene polymer resin plastic with color embedded throughout the plastic; angled surface and standing ribs to keep contents dry
• Frames: Formed .050'' 5052-H-32 Aluminum
• Doors: Molded .150" thick, high strength, impact resistant, homogenous Polycarbonate polymer resin plastic, assembled with a formed .040 thick aluminum back. Painted exterior per manufacturer's standard colors
• Base: formed and welded .060" thick (16 GA. stainless steel), commercial grade ASTM A167, Type 304 Full one-piece assembly for all widths of lockers (1, 2 and 3 wide)
• Handle:
     1-3 Compartment: Aluminum pull & black plastic recessed handle
     4-6 compartment: Aluminum Pull

Locks: Stainless steel assembly with 12-tumbler cylinder.  Coin operation ranges form one nickel to six quarters.  Coins may be retained or refunded. Tokens or keys, secured with padlock or provides as free service.

Delivery:  Will be considered to be required as soon as possible (or specify date desired). FOB tailgate delivered at job site fully factory assembled. 

Cleaning: Wash exposed surface using a solution of mild detergent in warm water, applied with soft, clean cloths. Do not use abrasives.
